PLAYERS of Life is a business and lifestyle editorial platform with a presence in Mexico's major cities. During my time at the magazine, I served as Editorial Designer and Image Post-production specialist for the Guadalajara and Torreón editions.

My role involved structuring the content for each edition, ensuring that every story maintained a unique visual identity within a coherent and sophisticated editorial system.

01 · Editorial Systems & Rhythm

The main challenge was managing high volumes of information and diverse graphics under strict deadlines while consistently maintaining a premium quality standard.

I focused on building layouts that balanced visual impact with legibility, working under the following pillars:

- Information architecture through robust typographic hierarchies.
- Spread composition with strategic use of negative space (breathing room).
- Technical and creative image treatment (retouching) with narrative intent.
- Comprehensive aesthetic coherence, from the cover to the lifestyle sections.

02 · Art Direction & Photography

Beyond layout design, I took on creative direction for key photoshoots. My goal was to translate the editorial tone into technical decisions regarding lighting, framing, and composition.

We sought to generate images with narrative weight that served as the visual anchor for main features, elevating brand perception.
